Upcoming Changes at Skyview

Dear Skyview Patients,

We wanted to tell you about some upcoming changes that are happening here at Skyview. Our Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Reuter, will be leaving us in June to further her education and spend more quality time at home with her family. She has become an integral part of our Skyview Family Medicine family for more than five years and we will miss her very much, but we are beyond excited for this new phase in her life. In the meantime, she will be continuing to treat her wonderful patients until her departure on June 9th. We are actively looking to hire a new provider; please be patient with us during this transition and we will work extremely hard to make sure that things go as smoothly as possible. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.
