UPDATED COVID-19 Vaccine

By now we are sure most of you have heard that the local health departments have the COVID-19 Vaccine. At this time, we have not yet received any vaccines. We expect that the Health Department will deliver some to us soon but we have no idea of when that time will be or how many will be delivered. We will post on our website and Facebook when we have them available to our patients. We will contact our patients that are 75 years of age or older once we have a vaccine available for you.

In the meantime, for patients that are 75 years of age or older, can click on the link below to access Prince William County Health Departments website to register for the vaccine. Look for the paragraph that says “The link to the survey is now accessible here” and click on the link to fill our the form. Once registered, you will receive an automated email message from VAMS prompting you to create a recipient profile and schedule an appointment at a location that is close to you. They are administering the Moderna vaccine and this is a 2dose series. It is important to note that both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine must come from the same manufacturer.
